Leg Stand with Horizontal Arms


Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot.
Grab your iPhone in your right hand and right ankle n left hand.
Pull right ankle toward crotches. Open both hands aside, leaving legs in the same position. Keep your posture. Sit back straight and look at the distance. Grab the iPhone your left hand and do the same for the other side.

Bent Waist with Perpendicular Arms


Stand up with both legs open. Open both hands aside and lean your upper body to the side So that right hand is up and left hand is down. Keep the posture same.
Do the same for the other side.

Bent Waist with Raised Arms


Stand up with foot side by side. Hold and raise iPhone with both hands.
Lean both hands to the left side of your body along with your upper body. Keep your posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Arm-Up Sit


Sit down bending your right leg and stretching your left leg. Raise up your right hand with iPhone and touch your left ankle with your left hand. Raise right finger as high as possible. Keep your posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Cross-Legged Stand


Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot. Let right leg cross left leg and bith hands join together in front. Keep your posture for a while. Straighten your back and look at the distance.
Do the same for the other side of your body.
