Straight Boxing


Do the posture of boxing.
Pull your arms forward and then backward one after the other like a straight punch.

Foot Step


Do foot step on the spot. Swing both hands back and forth widely.
Straighten your back and look at the distance.

Cross-Armed Stretch


Do foot step on the spot. Swing both hands back and forth widely.
Straighten your back and look at the distance.

Knee Kick


Stand up with left leg forward and right foot backward.
Raise both hands up and while moving down both hands kick up your knee. Pull your knee toward your chest as much as you can.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Arms Open with a Step


Stand up with each leg side by side and hang down both arms.
Open both arms aside while stepping right foot forward.
Return right foot and both arms to the original position.
Step one foot after the other.
