Boxing Hook


Do the posture of boxing. Swing each arm from side to front one after the other like a hook punch.

Jogging


Jog lightly on the spot. Swing both arms back and forth.
Straighten your back and look at the distance.

Karate Punch


Stand up with both legs open and lower your waist a little.
Stick each arm from side like a Karate punch altenately.

Rotating Arms with a Bend and Stretch


Stand up with both legs side by side and foot toe outward.
Hang down both arms and then turn around arms with the elbows as the fulcrum. Straighten your back and look at the distance.

Alternating Knee Kick


Stand up with both legs side by side.
Raise both hands up and while moving down both hands kick up your knee alternately.
