Arrow-Shaped Stand


Stand up with both legs side by side and hang both hands.
Hold iPhone in both hands and raise iPhone above your head and then lean your upper body backward. Keep your posture for a while.
Look at finger tip.

Leg Stand & Arm Stretch


Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot and hang both hands.
Hold iPhone in both hands and stretch both hands in front.
Bend and raise right leg. Keep your posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Lay with Leg Bent


Lay down your body facing up. Raise your upper body while stretching
your arm. Bend your right knee and raise your leg toward your chest.
Keep your posture for a while. Do the same for the other side of your body.

Ankle Grabbing with Arm Raised


Stand up with both legs open. Lean upper body forward and grab right ankle with left hand. Raise right hand up.
Keep your posture for a while. Do the same for the other side of your body.

Hand-to-the-Floor Stretch


Be left hand and left foot on the floor.
Raise right hand high and stretch right leg.
Keep your posture for a while. Do the same for the other side of your body.
