Quick Waist Twist


Stand up with both legs open and lower your waist.
Bend your ankle and raise it n front of your face.
Turn your upper body left and right quickly.

Arms Open


Open both legs wide and lower your waist.
Stick both arms forward and then open them aside and close them quickly.

Deep Squat


Stand up with both legs open and foot toe outward.
Bend and then stretch your knees deeply while Bending both arms in front and lowering them toward the floor.

One Leg Down, One Leg Up


Stand up with the left foot.
Open both arms and stick right foot forward.
Keep the posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Calf Workout


Open your legs side by side.
Raise both hands in front of your chest.
Stand on foot toe while lower both arms.
This is the exercise for the calf.
