Arms Turning


Raise your right hand and hang your left hand with elbows in right angled.
Turn your arms around your shoulder one after the other leaving elbows bent.
Look at the distance.
You may sit or stand up.

Laying and Stretching

Touch your left hand and right knee on the ground.
Stretch forward right hand and backward left leg as far as you can.
Concentrate especially on stretch of foot toe.
Your face should be looking down.
Do the same for the other side.

Back Kick and Knee Stretch

Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot and fold both hands.
Stretch out both hands up in font and right leg backward as far as you can.
Do the same in the other side.

Sitting, Bending & Stretching with Legs Spread

Sit down with both legs open and raise both hands.
Lean both hands forward along with your upper body.
Concentrate on the stretch of inner part of your thigh.

Leg Up and Forward


Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot and hang both hands.
Open both hands aside while swing up right leg.
Stretch knee and concentrate on the thighs and backside of the knee.
Look in the distance.
Do the same in the other side.
