Leg Stand with Arms Raised
Stand up with the center of the weight in left foot. Grab your
iPhone in your right hand and right ankle n left hand. Pull right
ankle toward crotches. Leave your legs in the same position and
join both hands above your head. Keep your posture for a while.
Straighten your back and look at the distance.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Knee Down, Arm Up
Have your left heel and right knee on the floor. Raise up your
right hand with iPhone and touch your left ankle with your left
hand. Raise right finger as high as possible. Keep your posture
for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Knee Holding
Sit down stretching your left leg and bending your right leg.
Hold the right knee with left hand and turn backward. Stretch
your right hand backward. Look at your right finger. Keep your
posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Spread-Eagle Waist Twist
Sit down with both legs open.
Join both hands together above your head and turn upper body backward.
Keep your posture for a while. Do the same for the other side
of your body.

Stretching Leg Stand
Stand up with the center of the weight in right foot. Hold left
foot toe with left hand and pull it backward. Stretch right hand
with iPhone forward. Keep your posture for a while.
Do the same for the other side of your body.
