Quick Squat
Stand up with both legs open and foot toe outward. Open aside
and then lower both arms while doing bending and stretching. Return
to the original position quickly and repeat it.

Stand up with both legs open. Raise both arms left up.
Pull both arms to waist while kick up right knee toward the left.
Do the same for the other part of your body.

Back Exercise
Stretch both of your arms and of your legs, and lie on your back.
Raise your arms and legs up with your stomach as the fulcrum.
Keep your posture for a while.

Abdominal Exercise
Leave iPhone on the floor. Lie on your back, bending your knees.
While raise your upper body, lower both hands and tap iPhone.

Continuous V-Shaped Abdominal Exercise
Stretch both of your arms and of your legs, and lie on your back.
Pull both arms toward your chest.
Stick arms and legs up with a slope, leaving only your hip on
the floor.
