|  | Row-a-Boat StretchFrom the posture that pushed out both hands in front, pull both 
                elbows backward.

 Swing down both elbows so that your elbows touch your sides.
 And lift up both your arm again to return to the original posture.
 Have your back straight up and look at the distance.
 You may either sit or stand up.

            |  | Heel StretchStand with left leg in front and right leg behind, and the lift 
                the heel of the right foot.Beginning with the posture that stretch out both hands in front, 
                swing your arms while having right heel down to the ground.
 Next lift the left toe. Move the center of your body weight from 
                left leg to right leg. Stretch your calf of the right leg through 
                heel. Do reverse side of your leg in the same way.

            |  | Perpendicular PropellerOpen your leg and bend your knees down. Let your right hand toward 
                the ground and left hand toward the sky. Then twist your upper 
                body on waist and let your left hand toward the ground and right 
                hand toward the sky. The ovement is similar to the propeller turning

            |  | Sitting Back StretchBend the right leg and stretch out the left leg. Raise the right 
                hand with iPhone toward the sky and touch the left ankle with 
                left hand.
 Move your right finger tip toward the left side of your body while 
                leaning your upper body. When right side of your waist through 
                you right finger tip is fully stretched, return to the original 
                posture.
 Afterward, grab the iPhone in the left hand and do same exercise 
                for the opposite side of the body.
