Arm Side-Swing with Squats
Stand up with both legs open and foot toe outward.
Open aside and then lower both hands while doing bending and stretching
exercise deeply.

Alternating Bending & Stretching
Stand up with left foot forward and right foot behind.
Stick and then lower both arms while bending your knees.
Do the same for the other side of your body.

Push-Ups
Put the iPhone on the floor. Bring your face close to the floor
and tap a screen by your nose.
If you feel easy, use foot toe as the fulcrum.

Lying with Arms Open
Bend your knees lightly and lie on your back.
Stick and then open aside both arms. And move them to the floor.

Lying with a Leg Up
Lie on your back stretching both arms. Raise one side of your
leg high while swinging both arms toward your legs.
Do each legs alternately.
