Also approximate consumption calorie will be posted.



Count by tap

In push-ups, for example, tapping the screen will be counted.



Keep the same posture

Some exercises require to stand with one leg and to keep the same posture.
Insufficient balance will alarm you. Try not to make an alarm sound.
